SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

The countries available for shipping will be displayed during the checkout process on our website.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and city. Shipment details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible; however, shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier operations, seasonal demand, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping and contact information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. ByBlushe shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting

from incorrect or incomplete information.

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and clearly displayed before order confirmation. By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to the applicable shipping fees.

Responsibility and ownership of the order transfer to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided in the order, including responsibility for receiving the shipment.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING WITHIN KUWAIT

Orders are processed within up to 48 hours.

After dispatch, delivery typically takes between 3–7 business days within Kuwait.

During promotional periods, special launches, or product restocks, additional processing and deliverytime may be required.

Local shipping fee: KWD 2.000

Order Processing & Shipping Within GCC Countries

We ship to all Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, and the United Arab Emirates.

Estimated delivery time ranges from 5–15 business days, depending on the destination and shipping procedures.

Please note that shipping charges do not include customs duties, taxes, import fees, or any additional charges imposed by authorities in the destination country. Such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING NOTES

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, certain exceptional circumstances beyond our control—including adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, global logistical disruptions, operational challenges, or other unforeseen events affecting transportation and delivery services—may result in delays.

We appreciate your understanding and remain committed to monitoring all shipments and providing updates whenever necessary.RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY To protect customer safety and maintain the quality of cosmetic products, our return and exchange policy is implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No.(39) of 2014.

Products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once purchased, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective.

Customers are advised to carefully review their product selection and shade choice before completing the order, as orders cannot be modified after confirmation.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photographs showing the issue.

Requests for returns or exchanges related to damaged or defective products will be accepted within a maximum period of 14 days from the delivery date.

Products that have been opened, used, or whose original packaging has been damaged cannot be returned or exchanged due to health and safety reasons.
